By accessing or using LilPebs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian registering on behalf of a child under 13, you accept these terms on their behalf.

• Children under 13 require verifiable parental consent to create an account.
• Parents and guardians may create accounts for their children and manage them through the Parent Dashboard.
• Users of all ages are welcome to explore public content without an account.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person — no shared or duplicate accounts.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

When using LilPebs, you agree to:

• Upload only photos of rocks, minerals, crystals, and fossils.
• Be kind and respectful to other collectors in the gallery.
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
• Not attempt to bypass safety or moderation features.
• Not use the service for any commercial purpose.

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By posting to the public gallery, you grant LilPebs a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform. You can remove your content at any time.

Rock identification is provided by AI for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, identifications are not guaranteed to be correct and should not be relied upon for professional geological assessments. It's a learning tool, not a lab report.

• LilPebs offers a free tier with limited features.
• The paid plan is $10/year and includes unlimited access to all features.
• No hidden fees, no in-app purchases, no upsells.
• You may cancel at any time. Your collection data remains available until you choose to delete it.

All gallery posts are reviewed by AI moderation before being made public. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines. Our goal is to keep this a safe, fun space for kids.

LilPebs is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
